Football Watching: Western Michigan

Another Michigan football season starts this Saturday, with our opener against Western Michigan, and this weekend will also see our inaugural game at our new watch party location at Buckley’s in Belltown. If you’re in town over the long weekend, then please come down on Saturday and bond with fellow Wolverines as we kick off an exciting new season in an amazing new location.

To help get us off to a good start, we will have prizes and other celebratory odds and ends, so be sure to attend!

We want to point out several options for making your commuting/parking experience as enjoyable as possible on game day.

• There is street parking for about $2.50/hr for up to 2 hrs that should just about get you to half time.
• There are multiple lots in the area that will have all-day as well as hourly parking. Check out ParkingCarma to help you find the best place!
• Come by bus, up to 117 routes to choose from that stop within 5 blocks. Try the King Country Trip Planner, and put in Buckley’s address (2331 2nd Ave, Seattle WA 98121) to see your options.
• Pretend it’s game day back in Ann Arbor, grab some of your friends, and walk on down to the game!
