Networking in the New Year
Our Upcoming Networking Event!
Given the tough economic times we are going through, one of the top priorities for your club’s Board of Directors for the 2009-2010 year has been to put together a Networking event for U-M alums. Thanks to the hard work of board member John Hayner and recent alum Maicie Jones, we have just such an event coming up on the evening of Tuesday, January 19.
Attendance is limited to 40 people, so we are asking attendees to register in advance, and to update their registration status if they find they can’t make it, so we can optimize the attendance for this event.
Any alum interested in professional networking within the local U-M community is welcome to attend.
Our program will include:
Careers from the Inside Panel Discussion
Three prominent alumni will give presentations on exciting aspects of their careers, discuss timely issues for their industries, and offer career-enhancing advice. A question-and-answer period will follow.
Panelists will be:
Peter Greb
Razorfish — VP, Client Partner
“My Path from Car Design to Digital Marketing & Digital Media Trends for 2010”
David Osmer
Hagel & Company — VP, Executive Search Services
“Job Search Tips from the Front Line”

Due to space constraints, this event is limited to 40 people. In order to maximize participation, please register only if you intend to come.
